The Majestic Amur Tiger
The Amur tiger, also known as the Siberian tiger, is a symbol of strength and resilience. Native to the forests of eastern Russia and China, it is the largest tiger subspecies, adapted to harsh, snowy climates. Despite its immense size, the Amur tiger is a stealthy hunter, capable of silently stalking prey over long distances.
In folklore, the Amur tiger is seen as a guardian spirit of the forest. Local legends tell of tigers protecting lost travelers from wolves or leading them to safety. Unfortunately, this majestic animal is critically endangered due to habitat loss and poaching, with only a few hundred left in the wild.
